Hey fellows :P!

How are you?
I'm great. Well, actually I'm very tired, but that's ok, I've got four weeks of vacation now ;).
The weather the last days was very rainy, nothing unusual.

I know you want to see photos and I'll try to get in to Heather's workplace as soon as possible to upload them. Since we went over our internet-limit here it just would take ages to do it from here.

I have to tell you about my activities from the last...four days, so we'll better get started soon ;)!

Saturday:

Saturday morning I went to the barber. Mike the Barber, the one who gave us the permission to go busking at Casabella Lane. I also wanted to go busking, but I had no time left since Jim wanted to meet me soon after my visit at the barber.
I tried to describe to Mark how I'd like to have my hair, but something went wrong and it looked like cr@p, so he asked me if he should just cut off a 'bit' more. I agreed and now my hair is shorter than it ever was before xD. Well, it's not tooo bad.

Jim was quite surprised when he saw me with such short hair.
In the afternoon we went on a Motorbike-Ride (Finally :)! ) because Jim needed to take a photo of his bike for some biking-game. We saw different small towns, such as Te Awamutu and Ohaupo.
The ride started in good weather but ended in rain and storm. It was fun either way.

In the evening Jim took me to a Mormon-Church-Event. They wanted me to perform there. It was quite successfull, allthough I had to re-organize their programm for the evening to get my performance into the right time slot ;D.
After my show I got to know a few of the youths and people who came backstage to congratulate me and I already got two more new performances from that encounter. One of them will be next Saturday at the 30th Birthday of a women I met there.

When the evening finished Jim and I picked up Alex from his place and he spent the night at our place. It was very funny, first we skyped with some friends of mine. Afterwards we watched a movie and then, around 3 o'clock in the morning, we started to play a cardgame. Since we're both magicians I started to cheat and in the end we would cheat both. So the cardgame was very funny :p. We went to bed at 6 o'clock in the morning (Sunday) and got up at 9 o'clock on...

Sunday:

Yeah, we got up after 3 hours of sleep. Alex got picked up by his Dad and Jim, Hamish and I went to church. It wasn't to bad, our pastor was back from his surgery and he seems to be allright.

After church Jim, Hamish and I went on a ride to Te Awamutu for Lunch. Hamish drove us there, he's a good driver. We had some lunch over there and I tried Raspberry-Coke, which tastes very good!

In the evening Hamish took me to the other church (HamSouth Baptist Church) where I met more very nice youths. I wish I could go there this Sunday, but I think I have magic-circle and since I suggested the theme for that evening (Mentalism) I can't fail there :P.

Monday:

Yesterday was the first day of four weeks of vacation :).
I went into the city (after I slept 'till 11 o'clock) and picked up my order from the engrave-shop. Then I strolled through the city a bit.
At lunchtime I went back home and got some e-books. I also placed an order for some magic-things for Alex and me.
Pretty much I just chilled out on Monday because I was still tired from the sleepover at Saturday/Sunday.
In the evening Jim and I had some chinese food and...that's it :P.

Tuesday:

Today was a very cool day. I got up at 7:50 because Jim would take me to a primaryschool who's principal is a women from our Rotary-Club. She wanted to have me there to do some magic.

Actually I didn't do that much magic, but she put me in a class today to help the teacher, Chris. It was pretty cool. We went to a school-production from another school about an egg in a star-wars setting ( xD. ) and I helped the teacher during the lessons.
Tomorrow I will go to that school again and go through every single class and do magic for a few minutes.

I also saw the rehearsal for a Maori-Dance-Show the kids will perform. I'm pretty impressed :D.

In the afternoon Jim picked up Heather from the Airport. Remember? She was in Christchurch. She is allright and fortunately didn't feel to much of the aftershocks.

Then Jim took me to the Hamilton Theatre to hear a speech of Gareth Morgan. He's a motorbiker and has a investment company. His son founded 'TradeMe', which is a New Zealand version of Ebay, and got pretty rich with that.
The talk was okay, Gareth Morgan told a few stories about motorbiking and showed good pictures.

Afterwars Jim and I grabbed some food at Subways, I quickly called Alex to ask him if he wanted to join me at the primaryschool tomorrow to learn from me ( :P :P ) and then started answering mail and writing my blog.
I hope you enjoyed ;)!
See ya next time!

Yours,

Timon.
