How are you? I'm great, today was just a really really cool day.
That's why I decided, that this day deserves its own blog-text :P.
The weather today was pretty good. Sometimes a bit cloudy, but all in all good.
I just realize that the title of this text sounds much more meaningfull than this text actually will be, but it sounds so nice :D...
So, what did I do today?
Mhh...let me start with telling you that I also talked to my Dad on Skype yesterday :). That was really cool, so...yeah, just wanted to tell you that xD. So here's what I did today:
In the morning I went to the Rotary-meeting. It was pretty cool this time.
I got to know a few more people as Maria and Jeremy (who took me to school afterwards because he was going that direction anyway. very nice =D. ) a bit better.
I also met Cane. She was sent out from our club to France last year. She's pretty nice, I gotta hang out with her during the holidays.
That's the next thing: My classmates have to sit exams for two weeks now, but since I don't need to sit the exams I'll be free :P. I'll go to different primary-schools in Hamilton and perform a bit for the kids ;). And I will sleep longer than normal :p. After exams there are two weeks of holidays, so all in all I have 4 weeks of holidays from now on :D.
Our German teacher brought some cakes today (Peca-Nut, Caramell and Schwarzwaelder =D ) and we made a cake-session. Afterwards we started telling bad or dirty jokes (even our teacher told some about germans :D ) and then we went off home.
I went into the city with Rinaldy (I know, I spelled him 'Ronaldi' before but it was wrong xD ) and we went to Dicksmith. I took my Netbook in there and guess what? Matt, the Dicksmith computer-geekd (he is actually a cool guy ;)! ) repaired my Netbook in about 30 minutes for free :). It's working now :)!
I was really happy about that.
Then we grabbed some food and I met Parham at the cinema.
We wanted to see 'The Expendables' and Parhams brother Fahram (who is under 16 and The Expendables is R16) wanted to see it as well so we tried to buy a ticket for him, but it didn't work :(. He therefore couldn't come with us, because he didn't want to see another movie.
While buying the tickets I met India who went to the cinema with a friend and her sister ;).
The movie was really cool. It had no sense and was violent, so it was kind of a boys-movie :D. Heaps of action.
When the movie finished Parham and I went an grabbed some ice-cream (I got frozen Fanta) and walked around a bit and then we met his Mom who took him home.
I went to the bus-stop and as I saw that I had to wait for the bus for about 50 Minutes I thought of asking Jim to pick me up. But then I saw that there was some event going on in a Games-Shop just opposite to the bus-center and I walked over there. I introduced myself to a guy named David who was standing around and asked him if he could teach me how to play some card game (Magic ?) and he did. So we talked for a while, played a bit and then I went off and caught my bus.
Now, here's one more cool thing xD:
In the bus I saw a guy playing around with cards and it was a special brand of cards magicians often use. I asked him if he is into magic and he said yes. So I introduced myself to him and he introduced himself as 'Wangi' (I'm sure I spelled it wrong :P ). We talked about magic and it came out that he is a member of the Waikato-Magic-Circle as well, but he didn't go there for about one year. Probably he will come next week (I invited him to do so).
Now, if I had called Jim to pick me up, I wouldn't have met that guy from the games-shop and I wouldn't have met the guy that does magic, who whas on the same bus at the same time as I was and I wouldn't have invited him to come to the circle. Destiny ;D?!
Yeah...then I pretty much went home, but when I walked the few meters from the bus-stop to our place I looked up into the sky and it's a very clear night and I could see all the stars above New Zealand. I spent a few moments just watching those stars. Beautifull :).
That's New Zealand, and I am really happy that I took the opportunity to come here.
So, that are all the things why I think this day deserved its own blog-text ;D. Hope you enjoyed it!
See ya soon!
Yours,
Timon.

Papa:
Good to know that your computer is operational again!
I think everybody who is following you is craving for pictures from your adventures.
I think there might be less light polution in NZL and therefore you can see much more stars over there than in our poluted NL/D.
Looks good hé.
