Hello Hello ;D!

Are you allright? Well, I'm quite good but also very tired.
Today again a review of the last...3 or 4 days.
The weather changed a lot again, that's nothing new.

Let's just start with Thursday:

School wasn't really special, it was Japanese-Day so they did a Sumo-competition at the auditorium. I wanted to join, but they canceled the competition because the Sumo-suits ( which would be filled with air xD ) didn't work. It'll be done in the next weeks.
On Thursday Bahram, Ronaldi and me wanted to pick up our suits after school. First we stopped at Ronaldis place, because he needed to get some more money. Then we missed our bus about 2 minutes, so we started walking to the next busstation. When we came there we just saw a bus driving into that direction, so we started running to catch it. We did xD.
In town we hurried to get to the suit-hire-stores in time - Bahram got his suit, Ronaldi and I were 4 minutes to late -.- ... that's life.
We went to McDonald's and grabbed some lunch, then we went home.

Friday:

Friday was a chaotic day, but not too bad.
In the morning I slept through because I forgot about the Rotary-meeting. So Jim woke me up at 6:40 and I had about ten minutes to get up, have a shower, pack my things...fortunately Jim prepared a lovely lunch for school for me =).
So we made it in time.

At the rotary-meeting I had some discussion with Justin about hypnosis, he thinks I shouldn't be allowed to do it. We'll talk about that on Tuesday again.

One women from our rotary-club offered to me to take me to a magic-show, because a quite famous magician is touring New Zealand and he will stop in Hamilton =).

School was fun, at Period 2 our German class went to 'Rumpelstilzchen goes Hip Hop'. It was a puppet-theather, mixed with a german Hip-Hopper ( When I say 'Rumpel' you say 'Stilzchen!' Come on Bro's! ) They performed a modern version of 'Rumpelstilzchen'. I made some nice photos, but for some reason I still can't upload photos. I'll go to Heather's work-computer in a few moments and try it there.

Afterwards I got to talk to the hip-hopper and the puppet-player. They are both from Germany and we had a nice conversation. Nick (Hip-Hopper) lives in Sydney since a few years and we had the same problem: Whenever we couldn't think of the german word immediatly we just used an english word, which was quite funny :D.

After school I went into the city with Ronaldi again and we picked up our suits and flowers for our partners. It was raining cats and dogs by then but I had a parachute..ouch, I mean an umbrella (that word-twist happened to me live, my classmates where laughing about that a long time xD ).

Saturday:

Yeah, Saturday. After I got up I went out and did some sports. Then I just sat down and read a book...oh, and Jim and I watched the third part of Lord of the rings. Jim told me some interesting facts about the books and he showed me on a New Zealand map where the different filming-locations of the movies are. I hope I'll see some of them, as I already told you 'Hobbitsen' is very near by.

In the evening I dressed up for the ball - black suit, black shirt, blue tie, black shoes.. (yeah, quite black ;D ) - and we went off at about 6:15 to Caroline's place. Caroline is Sara's host-sister. We would meet there with a few people (Sara, Caroline, Courtney, Cherize, Felipe, Kim, Kiva, Jason and myself) to make photos. I think they're pretty cool, most of them are on Heather's camera but I'm sure I will be able to upload them either way.

They were all very nervous, actually I wasn't that nervous. The ball was quite cool...why did I write at the top 'murder @ the ball' ? Because the theme of the ball this year was 'cluedo', it's a boardgame and you have to find out who is the murderer and what weapon he used. So different actors played the role of the cluedo-characters that evening and would give us pieces of information if we solved some task.
I had to dance with 'Miss Scarlett' to get information. I forgot to ask her some questions because I had to correct her dance-steps all the time :D. She seemed quite annoyed by that :P.

We also had to solve a ridel, make up words with the letters from our names...so it was cool.

My ball-partner kept ditching me from the beginning of the evening, but I didn't really care about that. I talked to heaps of people, did some magic and had reallty fun :). I promised a few people a dance, but I couldn't find them back after a while so I didn't dance very much.
Ouh, that reminds me of a quite fun part of the evening xD...

I walked up to some classmates and one girl said 'Hey, you should ask her (the other girl) for a dance.' I replied ' Yeah, yeah, sure, I'll be back in two minutes...' and went off.
When I just turned around the other girl started like 'Why did you tell him to ask me for a dance? Why? You're so ..!' (and so on - I won't tell what she said exactly, I'm afraid little kids could read this xD. ) - the point is that I could hear everything she said, so I turned around and said 'Hey, please - wait with talking bad and insulting her 'till I can't hear you, okay?' You should have seen her face when she slowly turned around and said something like ' Oh..oh...I'm so sorry, I don't mind dancing, really, sorry...' :D.

She felt sorry until I told her later in the evening that I wasn't feeling insulted and that it's all OK ;D. I really wasn't angry or anything, allthough it wasn't very friendly (but I think actually she didn't insult me personally) :P.

All in all I had fun and got to know many nice people. But do you know those days you prepare for like weeks and when they're there it feels like they are over in ten minutes? It was a bit like that. I forgot/didn't do so many things I wanted to do, didn't dance too much...but that's ok.
Oh, by the way, I have no photos of the ball itself because I didn't want to have that quite big camera with me all the time, but some friends have - I hope I can get some of those.

After the ball Kiva and I had some problems with finding Heather, but we did and went home. Well, before Heather and I went home we drove back to University because I had left behind my bag, but the teachers took the left-behind things with them, so I'll pick it up tomorrow.

At home I just fell asleep.

Sunday:

Today is so far good. I went to church (I get used to that different style of church ;D ) and afterwards I talked to Ben, the pastor's son, for a while. He offered me to join some people on Saturday to go and play Paintball and Heather allowed me to go. So I'll play Paintball on Saturday - it is quite big in New Zealand, since I'm here I got heaps of invitations for that, but I never had time.
Ben also offered me to come with him in October to the Coromandel (a part of New Zealand) to go free-diving and speer-fishing. Sound's interesting, I also agreed and I hope I'll be able to do that.

I think that's it for today. Oh, wait a minute... Happy Birthday to my mum =D! I'm not going to reveal how young she is :P.

So, that's it. Keep reading, See ya ;D!

Yours,

Timon.
