Summary ;D!

Hey there!

How are you? I hope you are allright!
I'm allright as well ;).

I'm really sorry I couldn't write my blog for one week as I've still Internetproblems. I need to get rid of my Firewall-Software but it's not responding. Gotta take my Netbook to the IT-teacher again tomorrow.

I think today I have to write a little Summary of the last week. So let's start!

Monday:

On Monday I took my Netbook to school to show my photography-teacher some photos I had made. When I arrived at home afterwars and tried to connect my netbook again, it made problems. I think actually this was the day the problems with my netbook started -.- ...

Tuesday:

Tuesday was quite cool :). After school I meet up with India. We went to her house and I got to know her family, I think they're very nice ;). Her little sister is keen on magic, so I had to show something. It was fun.
Afterwards we went into the city and had some iced chocolate. Well, I think it was iced chocolate-pudding, it was very thick. But tasty :D. The cafe-lady kind of asked us to go directly after we had finished our drink because she wanted to close :P.
India wanted me to hypnotise her, but I didn't actually feel comfortable with hypnotising a girl when noone else is with us. I don't want somebody to think something wrong. I promised her to do it the nex time.
We sat down in the shopping-center for a while, then I had to go.
I went to Skycity, a big...mixture of a hotel, bowlingcenter and restaurants. At Sky-City there would be an international-students-meeting for bowling. So we played one game of bowling, it was fun :)! For tea we went with our group (about 30 people) to a Thai-restaurant. The food wasn't as spicy as the last one, but it was very delicious.

Wednesday:

Uhm...what did I do on Wednesday xD? I think first Jerry (the guy who will come to Germany =) ) and I wanted to go into the city and buy ties for the ball. But we changed it to Friday.
On Wednesday my saxophon arrived, and I was like "Yeaaaaaaahhhhh..... damn it." Why? Well, when I unpacked it at home and wanted to play it it didn't work as it should -.- . Something was obviously wrong, but I couldn't find the problem. Very frustrating. Oh, and I tried to fix that netbook-thing, without any success.
The only good thing at Wedneday were the dance-classes. This time there were more youths and the class was my level, so I'll go to Footworks very Wednesday. I can go to the first dance-class and help out in the second one :).

Thursday:

At Thursday there was open-day at our school. It didn't make any difference during school-time. But in the evening I went back to school at 6 to take part in the german-demonstration-class. We would sit there and talk in german (yeah, hard xD ) and for that we would get coke and pizza :D. Well, I never saw the coke nor the pizza because I had to go early. Before I went off I asked Kim (obviously a girl from my german class ;D ) if she wanted to go the ball with me. She said yes, so finally I've got a partner =D!
So, where did I go? I went to the cinema with Lauren and India, so going early was worth it ;). First we had lunch at Indias house. Don't know why, but aaaaall Kiwis (the NZ-expression for New Zealanders :P ) I ever had lunch or tea with, think I don't eat enough. Why xD?! So India's mum grabbed my plate and put some more food on it. It was good :D.
Afterwards we saw the film 'Killers'. It was really funny and I understood nearly everything.
Well, half of the time I had to laugh because other people laughed, but...it was fun :D.
Oh, by the way: I started thinking in English and dreaming in English.
Mhh...afterwards we went back to her home and India thought of my promise: I should hypnotise her. After a long...discussion :D ... I agreed because Lauren was with us and hypnotised her. She found it quite weird and I think Lauren had fun ;D.

Friday:

On Friday morning I attended my second Rotary-meeting. It was fun again. I had to do a speech about my last week, that wasn't to hard.
At school I performed some magic at the form-assembly, I think the people liked it :).

A bit sad: In Germany I used to earn money by magic and here I got paid in Cookies and Coke. xD.

We wrote a little test in maths, I found it still hard. Didn't know all the words (yes, there were words I never saw before...). I hope I got at least an 'achieved'.
Dancing in PE wasn't that hard again, but we had fun ;).
Probably I'll buy a card to get access to the gym to do some exercises there with friends.

After school Jerry and I went into the city to buy ties. We looked in about 5 shops 'till we found some. His is skinny sky-blue, mine is skinny dark-blue (as a german friend recomended ;D! ). I need to borrow a suit from somebody as the school insists on wearing a suit for the ball. There is a man about my size and we made contact, I hope he can borrow me a suit. To hire one is really expensive.

In the evening Alex, Heather's and Jim's son, popped down to us and looked into my netbook problems. Well, we worked about 90 minutes or so with my father on the phone sometimes. We're pretty sure that my Firewall-software is causing yhe problems, so I need to delete it. That's hard since it doesn't respond to anything. So tomorrow I'll talk to the IT-teacher again. I think on Wednesday I took it there already but he couldn't see the problem. Maybe this time he can help.

Saturday:

Yesterday we took my saxophon to a music-shop. The man had a look and repaired something, but it still doesn't work properly. So I think I'll send it back and hire one for one year.
At 2:30 I arrived at the house of a class-mate to make the music-video. Sara told me to arrive at 2:30, but nobody opened the door (the house belonged to another classmate who wasn't part of our media-studies-group).
Well, Sara arrived at 3, then we waited together for Danny and Grace and Max...ah, but first we went to a cheesecakeshop, delicious :D.
Grace and Danny and Max arrived somewhere around 3:20. The house-owner arrived at 4 o'clock. 1.5 hours of waiting. Heather wanted to pick me up at 4 because we thought we would be ready then -.- ... we were ready at.. I don't know, 18:30?
Ok, making the video was fun and all in all it wasn't that bad.
In the evening there was some big rugby-game but I didn't watch it.

Today:

Today I went to church again. It wasn't as weird as last-time but still strange :D. Afterwards we had lunch with Isaac (a friend of the Galts and applicant to become a rotary-member ;) )and his family.
I played a game of chess against Isaac and his little son. They beat me like..like..I don't know like what, but Isaac is really good :D.
Afterwards Heather took me here to answer about 50 mails and messages and to write my blog. So I'm working on that since more than 2 hours. Hope you think it's worth it ;D.

I hope that's all I wanted to say...uhm...yeah, I did some banking and..think that's it. Because of the internetproblems it could be that I still won't write daily for the coming days, but I hope I get that problem solved quickly. ;D.

P.S.: Marmite is not as bad as Vegemite, but still not my favourite food :D.
